Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and websites (collectively, "Services") provided by BB23 LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 1.1 Link Box Products

BB23 LLC provides hardware devices ("Link Box") and associated software applications ("Link Box AI") that enable personal AI assistance, smart home control, knowledge management, and related functionality. Our Services include:

• Link Box hardware devices
• Link Box AI mobile applications (iOS, Android)
• Link Box AI web application
• Cloud synchronization services
• Voice assistant integrations (Alexa, Google Home, Siri)
• Customer support and documentation

1.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm our Services or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through the application settings.

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Pricing and Orders

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

3.2 Subscription Services

Some features require a subscription (Link Box Premium). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our website.

3.3 Refund Policy

Hardware products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition. Software subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof—are the exclusive property of BB23 LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

5.3 Trademarks

"BB23 LLC," "Link Box," "Link Box AI," and associated logos are trademarks of BB23 LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party services and platforms, including:

• Amazon Alexa
• Google Home / Gemini for Home
• Apple Siri and HomeKit
• Tesla and other smart vehicle platforms
• Smart home device manufacturers
• Calendar and productivity services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

7.1 Hardware Warranty

Link Box hardware devices are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Support page for warranty details and claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BB23 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BB23 LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Content

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Jersey, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BB23 LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11.4 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
